Hotel Verso’s Finnish breakfast in the heart of Jyväskylä is a praised and memorable start to the day, highlighting Finnish flavors and handcrafted quality. We serve overnight-simmered barley porridge, handmade pastries, freshly baked bread from our baker, and seasonal accompaniments made from the freshest ingredients. Our in-house breakfast chef prepares an omelet for each guest according to their preferences – tailored just for you.
The vegan breakfast is also well catered for: oat and soy yogurts, vegan spreads and cheeses, berries, warm vegetables, and most of the breads are vegan. Special requests, such as vegan oat porridge or a chickpea omelet, are prepared to order by our breakfast chef – don’t hesitate to ask our staff!
